Mediterranean Office
Ideally located in the town of Jacou near Montpellier, the Mediterranean office of the MJ Développement is located in the “Le 610” building, a co-construction of the SARRO Group & MJ Développement. The 610 is a hybrid, atypical and modern place that offers a business center, shops, a brasserie, a rooftop bar, as well as food halls on the ground floor.
Our Mediterranean office is responsible for carrying out various missions, such as the purchase of land, the sale of off-plan property and the management of construction projects in the great south-east of France, from Occitanie to the PACA region via Var or Savoie.
Our achievements on the Mediterranean
For several years, MJ Développement has been developing new real estate programs on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and in the Alps. 3 projects are currently being marketed on the French Riviera. Located in La Garde-Freinet (83), Domaine de la Calade offers 11 villas with terraces, balconies and parking. This exceptional real estate project combines luxury and authenticity, for an ideal living environment under the Provençal sun.

MJ Développement is also in the process of building a university residence in Grasse (06), a place known for its high rental demand. The Néo Campus student residence consists of 77 apartments from 14m² to 29m², combined with many exclusive services such as concierge, cleaning and laundry. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Grasse Campus, a university with more than 800 students.
Over the past few years, MJ Développement has completed numerous constructions on the French Riviera, such as the Villa Massimo in Sainte-Maxime, the residence Les Terrasses de la Fabrique in Fabrègues and the residence Carré Provence in Cogolin. Not to mention the many projects that have been created in Castelnau-le-Lez: Citizen K, Urban K, Le Seize and Patio Seize 66. Other constructions have been developed in the Alps, such as the residence Les Terrasses de la Vanoise in Champagny en Vanoise.
MJ Développement has also delivered commercial real estate projects in the south of France. Two senior residences (Domaine d’Ucetia in Uzès and Domaine de Maleska in Poussan) have been developed, as well as the Le Domaine de Coulazou nursing home in Fabrègues for the Clinipole group. Two tertiary real estate programs have been carried out in Jacou, such as the Le 610 office building. The Pole, a health and well-being area bringing together various health professionals, was also built by MJ Développement in collaboration with the Sarro Group. The next project currently being designed is located in the immediate vicinity of 610 in Jacou, it is the Onlight project, a shared services office building, dedicated to digital companies and New Information and Communication Technologies.
